DELIVERIES WITHIN MALAYSIA

Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified window. Once your orders have been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including the tracking details of your parcel. Deliveries within Malaysia will arrive within 2-3 working days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Deliveries are made on working days of the respective states only.

Kindly provide a delivery address that will be attended as all our parcels require a signature upon delivery. In the case that no one is available to sign for delivery, a calling card will be left with a request of manual collection. Otherwise, the parcel may be returned to depot.

Domestic orders will incur a postage and handling fee of MYR21. A domestic order of over MYR 1,000 is inclusive of free shipping. All prices are GST inclusive.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All additional charges of customs or import duties are to be paid by the recipient for customs clearance. Customs or import duties are to be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and are not able to predict what they would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your customs office for further information on these prices.

Once your orders have been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including the tracking details of your parcel. All shipments are to be carried out via DHL, and to be delivered within 3-5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified window of 48 hours (Monday-Friday). JOE CHIA ATELIER will not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All prices listed on the JOE CHIA online store are charged in EUR.

International orders will incur a postage and handling fee of €30 for Asia and Middle Eastern region, and €60 for the rest of the world. International shipping of over €500 includes free shipping.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is allowed on full-priced items where:
- You wish to exchange to another size (subject to availability).
- You notify us of the exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods with the original invoice.
- The items are in their original packaging including hangtag.
- The items are returned unused and have not been worn, washed or damaged.

Should the size of the item you wish to exchange be unavailable, you may exchange your item with a replacement item of your choice (subject to availability). There will be no refund given should the price of your previously purchased item exceed the price of the replacement item. You would be required to pay the difference upright should the amount of your replacement item exceed the price of your previously purchased item.

Exchange is not permitted for sales goods, unless deemed faulty upon recipient.
Exchange is not permitted for change of mind of product type and colour.
All shipping fees for the exchange of goods are to be paid by the customer.

We will pay for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item to you in the case where:
- The items you received are faulty.
- The items you received are different to the items you ordered.
- You notify us of the exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods with the original invoice.
- The items are in their original packaging including hangtag.
- The items are returned unused and have not been worn, washed or damaged.

REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds, only exchange of items. Kindly find the exchange policy as above.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

1. Email online@joechia.com within 7 days from recipient of goods to notify us of the exchange. Please state the items you have received and the reason of exchange, and include your customer order number.

2. We will email you an exchange authorization number (E.A #) once your exchange request has been approved.

3. To ensure safe and documented delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a trackable courier service. JOE CHIA ATELIER will not be deemed liable for any lost returned items. Kindly email us the tracking number and pre-alert of shipment, including the replacement product.
