All sales are final. 

Unfortunately, JOE CHIA does not offer returns or direct exchanges.

However, faulty or defective item(s) can be returned to JOE CHIA within 14 days of purchase OR 7 days after receiving the item(s).

Eligibility Requirements for Refund(s)*:

  • Items requested for refund(s) must be either defective or faulty.
  • The refund must be requested within 7 days after the purchase.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned along with the tags and packaging as received.
  • Non-final sale item(s)*

*Final sale items include items purchased during sale promotions, items purchased using coupons, discounted merchandise, limited launch items, sensitive items (e.g., socks, and piercings). All final sale items are ineligible for refunds or returns.

If the item(s) you wish to return fulfills ALL of the eligibility requirements stated above, you can complete and submit a Refund Form (HYPERLINKED TO REFUND FORM).

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email informing you of our decision on the refund request, along with any further instructions if necessary, within 3-7 business days.

Once your refund has been approved, a confirmation email will also be sent to you. The refund will then be issued once we have received and inspected the refunded item(s). The refund will be issued to the PayPal account used to place the initial order around 7 business days. 

Please note: We will only cover the cost of returns if we have confirmed that the returned items are indeed faulty or defective after inspection. In this case, our customer service will provide you with a shipping label, which will cover the costs associated with the refund process.

JOE CHIA ATELIER SDN BHD reserves all rights to

  • Reject return requests that do not comply with our refund policy.
  • Withhold the refund until we receive the returned items.
  • Make final decisions regarding the refund request
  • Modify this policy without prior notice.
